Q1: Can you provide customized services?
A:Yes, accept OEM/ODM Services. We have 20+ years experience in custom non-standard screw. If you do not have drawing, freely provide product's drawing based on your requirements.
Q2: Can you supply the samples?
A: Yes, we can provide some samples to you if it has tooling. If it hasn't tooling, it will pay tooling cost,the shipping
cost should be on the customers' account.
Q3: How can you ensure the quality?
A: We have profesional QC department to guarantee the quality, We strictly implement the IATF16969,IS9001 quality control and ISO14001 environment management, we can make the parts drawing for your confirm according to your requirements, and can send samples to you confirm again after you confirm the drawing.
Q4: What is the MOQ?
A:For the high value product, our MOQ starts from 1000PCS-10000PCS.For other low value product,Our MOQ starts from 20000PCCS.
Q5: How about the transportation?
A: You can choose any mode of transportation you want, sea delivery, air delivery or door to door express.
Q6: How to place order and make payment?
A: You can send our Purchase order(if your company has), or just send a simple confirmation by email or by TradeManager, and we will send your Proforma Invoice with our bank details. TT and Paypal for your confirmation, then you can make payment accordingly.
